All solar installation projects and related services are governed by the specific terms of your individual installation contract or service agreement with Panasun Solar. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your individual contract, the terms of your individual contract shall prevail.
Our Website may offer forms for requesting solar consultations, savings estimates, or other information. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A representative from Panasun Solar may contact you using the information you provide, including by phone, email, or text message, to follow up on your request.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Panasun LLC, you agree to the following terms:
The sender of all SMS messages is Panasun Solar (Panasun LLC), a licensed Florida solar installation company (EC13012689).
Consent: You consent to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages from Panasun LLC related to your solar installation project. These messages may include project milestone updates (such as permit approvals, installation scheduling, and inspection results), appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations, responses to your customer inquiries, and important service notifications related to your active solar installation contract.
Consent is obtained when you sign a Panasun LLC Installation Agreement and provide your mobile phone number in Section 16 (SMS Communications Consent) of that Agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Panasun Solar.
No Marketing Messages: We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages. Our messages are limited to transactional communications directly related to your solar installation project or your inquiry.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Panasun LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Panasun Solar.
No Sharing of Messaging Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and messaging consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes.
Supported Carriers: Our text messaging services are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
In-Person Consultation SMS Program: In addition to the SMS program governed by Section 16 of the Installation Agreement described above, Panasun Solar operates a separate SMS program for prospective customers who consent verbally during in-person consultations with our representatives. This program is governed by the additional terms described below.
Verbal Consent: Consent under this program is obtained verbally during an in-person consultation with a Panasun LLC representative. Before collecting your mobile number, the representative will read the following disclosure aloud: “Is it okay if Panasun LLC texts you at this number with appointment confirmations, project updates, and customer support messages? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.” Upon your verbal agreement, the representative records your consent in our customer relationship management system, including the date, time, representative name, your name, and your phone number. A confirmation SMS containing the program disclosures is then sent to the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Panasun Solar.
Message Types Under This Program: Messages sent under this program are transactional and may include appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations (in-home consultations, site surveys), responses to your customer inquiries, and project status updates prior to or in connection with a Panasun Solar Installation Agreement.
Applicability of Other Terms to This Program: The terms above governing message frequency, message and data rates, opt-out (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT), help (HELP or INFO), supported carriers, and the prohibition on sharing mobile information with third parties or affiliates apply equally to this program.
