When you provide your phone number and sign a Panasun Solar Installation Agreement, you agree to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages from Panasun Solar related to your solar installation project. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Responses to your customer inquiries
  • Important service notifications related to your active solar installation contract

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and activity. You will only receive messages that are relevant to your active solar installation project.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Panasun Solar is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

Opt-In: We only send text messages to customers who have provided their express written consent. Consent is obtained when you sign a Panasun Solar Installation Agreement and provide your mobile phone number as part of that Agreement. Section 16 of the Agreement contains an SMS Communications Consent clause that discloses the types of messages you will receive, message frequency, message and data rates, and opt-out instructions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The SMS consent language in the Panasun Solar Installation Agreement reads as follows:

“By providing Your mobile phone number below and signing this Installation Agreement, You expressly consent to receive transactional text messages (SMS and MMS) from Panasun LLC (‘Panasun Solar’) related to Your solar installation project. These messages may include: appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations; project milestone updates (such as permit approvals, installation scheduling, and inspection results); responses to Your inquiries; and important service notifications related to this Installation Agreement. Message frequency will vary based on Your project status and activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on Your mobile carrier and plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact Panasun Solar at (407) 420-8335. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of entering into this Installation Agreement or of receiving any goods or services from Panasun Solar.”

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Our messages are limited to transactional communications directly related to your solar installation project.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
